At Bardello we use the “Privacy by Design” approach. This means that we think of privacy implications before embarking on an activity that involves personal information. We take pride in treating our users’ privacy the way we’d like to be treated by a website like Bardello, as individuals.

If you do not want to receive emails from Bardello, you can unsubscribe in accordance with the unsubscribe facility in the email.

We do not share personal information you have provided to us without your consent, except where it is permitted by the Privacy Act 1993, unless we believe it’s necessary:
– to enforce our Website Terms, or where it is legally required to do so;

– to otherwise protect our property, legal rights, or that of others; or
– for the purposes of carrying out the matters noted in the “Sharing of Data” section below.
You have the right to access any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. Unless you ask us to delete your personal information (and we are not required by law to hold on to it), we may hold on to it for the purposes set out above. Sharing of Data
We also use social media buttons provided by services like Twitter, Google+, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook. Your use of these third party services is entirely optional. We may make use of any information that you make public when you use any such third party services for the purposes of our business.
We may also use payment services provided by third parties necessary to provide you with our services.
All such third party services are governed by the privacy policies and/or practices of these third party service providers, for which we are not responsible. If you do not want to provide information to any of those third parties, or make information publicly available, you should not use their particular service.
